Overview


The Voyages page allows you to visualize all your voyages. 




The current and recently-finished voyages will be displayed by default, but you can Filter and Search among all voyages.


Voyages can be displayed in 3 different views:

  • Map: ths shows the voyages’ route and details.

  • Timeline: shows the voyages’ timeline with ports, ETAs and status, so you can quickly check on their progress.

  • Schedule: displays the itinerary in a table format. You can scroll through the table to check all relevant dates and make updates directly.


You can switch views by clicking on the options, in the top right corner of the page.

Map View


In Map view, click on the target icon to display the route on the map. 

  • Note that Port of Loading and Port of Discharge must be provided first for this to show.




The Itinerary, Voyage Details and Documents buttons will display additional voyage info.


When clicking on the Voyage Name you’ll be taken to the Voyage - Details page.



Map View - Weather Overlay


The weather overlays provide information on the weather conditions that might affect your voyages and trade lanes.



Switch between the different overlays to check for:

  • Clouds

  • Precipitations

  • Winds

Timeline View


In the Timeline view, the Day and Month buttons will change the timeframe of the view.



Changes from the Original ETA’s and ETD’s will reflect in the timeline:

  • Red: indicates dates that were pushed

  • Black: are dates that were moved ahead of the original ETA/ETD


Click on the Voyage Name to go to the Voyage - Details page.



Schedule View


Monitor and update your ongoing schedules in one place.

  • Note that only voyage owners and schedule editors can edit schedules.


This view allows you to drag and rearrange the columns according to your preference.



You can click on the dates to update them with the date picker.




If you click on the Voyage Name you’ll be taken to the Voyage - Details page.


Search and Advanced Filter


Search for particular voyages using the Search box or the Advanced filter.



To Search, just type-in a value in the box and the portal will run the search.


The Advanced filter allows you to combine different criteria to refine your search:

  • Cargo
  • Dates
  • Port
  • Vessel name
  • others

Select your criteria and then click on Apply filter.
