Searching for a cargo


If the cargo you are looking for does not appear in the dropdowns, please verify the spelling, to ensure the name was typed in correctly, or if the cargo exists under a different spelling.


Creating a cargo


If after checking the spelling, the cargo you need is still not found, you can just create the record in the system by clicking on the cargo name with your mouse, or by hitting Enter.



The cargo will be created, and you can continue to work on your voyage (you no longer need to contact Voyager Support to request a vessel to be registered).


Data validation


The record that you create will be validated by Voyager Portal, to confirm that the spelling and other details are ok.


If for any reason, the cargo name is changed from the one you entered, you will receive a notification letting you know of the update.


Otherwise, the new record will be confirmed as-is, and will be registered for future uses.
