To provide greater control and flexibility in barge demurrage claims, the Claims Manager now includes an option to round the Used Laytime hours for each port call.

By default, this setting is turned off, preserving the exact value. However, users can now choose one of the following rounding behaviors:

• Exact (Default): No rounding applied; values are calculated as before.
  
  

• Round Up: Values are rounded up to the next full hour (e.g., 14.1 → 15, 14.7 → 15).
  
  

• Round Down: Values are rounded down to the previous full hour (e.g., 14.7 → 14, 14.1 → 14).
  
  

This new option is especially valuable for aligning documentation with barge contract clauses that require simplified or whole-hour laytime representation.
