Terminals & Berths SOF Tagging will provide the ability to attribute specific statement of facts (SOF) events to individual Terminals and Berths within the same Portcall.
Clients will now be able to track events using tags like they do when attributing specific cargo to SOF events.
Terminals & Berths SOF Events
First add the port name and relevant terminals and berths. To select multiple terminals or berths, click back into an already populated terminal field and select another from the drop down.
With this information, tags will appear that can be applied to specific events. Users can apply the tags individually or apply Terminals and Berths in bulk.
Individual Terminal & Berth tag application:
To bulk update, users should note the line number of the Event where a Terminal and/or Berth changes on the SOF. Then open the bulk editor and enter the start and end line numbers to apply the Terminal and/or Berth to those lines of Events on the SOF.
