Overview
The external claim submission form — previously limited to demurrage claims — now supports non-demurrage claim types as well, giving counterparties a way to submit these claims directly without logging into the platform.
What's New
Claim Type and Subtype are both selectable and mandatory on the external form
CP Date will auto-populate from the information within Voyager on the selected voyage
A Port field has been added for non-demurrage claims for additional information
On submission, the counterparty receives an email confirmation with an OTP-protected link they can use to add supporting documents and additional comments on the claim.
Getting Started
Counterparties use the same external form link and OTP flow already in place for demurrage claims — no configuration changes are needed to enable this on existing links. For more information, see the external submission release note from earlier this year.
