Video: SOF Terminals & Berths Event tags: Apply bulk tags
If you have multiple cargo lines or terminals/berths, you can use tags to allocate specific events in the SOF to these details. First add you cargoes or terminals/berths to the portcall within the SOF parser or the port editor page.
Go to the SOF parser by clicking validate SOF in the main claim page within the portcall or the portcall page.
Inside the SOF editor, you can use the tag function to tag specific cargo counterparties or terminals and berths to specific events on an SOF. This can later be used for analytics or rebills.
If you are adding the tag to multiple lines in the SOF, you can use the bulk update functionality. Find the starting page and line and ending page and line of the relevant events on the event cards on the right side of the screen.
Add all tags you want to amend or replace and use the toggle at the bottom of the bulk update menu accordingly.
Users can also add tags to an event on the port call page (laytime calculator). This can be faster than re-loading the SOF parser page.
Click anywhere inside the portcall (or on the portcall name or edit pencil) to go to the portcall page.
Click on the pen to edit the event and add as many tags as applicable
