In the top right of the claim, you will see an option to download a statement and adjust your download settings.
To favorite your setting, click on the "Don't ask again" button before downloading. If you want to change your favorite settings, click on the gear icon. If you want to default to the settings menu every time you download, unclick the "Don't ask again" button.

Statement Formats
When you download the statement, a new tab will appear. Make sure you don't block pop-ups on your browser. The top of both statement formats will look the same with the title "Demurrage Statement" (with claim name optional) and a "Details" and "Demurrage Calculation" section. The summary demurrage statement will only show the total laytime allowed and used for the claim. Specifics will be shown below in the portcall sections.

Here, details can be shown in two formats. You can include optional tags, comments, and clauses (described in "Additional Options" section of this article) in both.
Timeline - here all events that appeared in the SOF parser will get a line with a timestamp. Starts and ends of additions and deductions will be noted in the "start/end" column. At the end events, the elapsed time will appear. A prorata (factor) is applied to calculate the "time counting". The sum of the addition "time counting" and the difference of the deduction "time counting" will populate the "used laytime" and that will be compared to the "remaining allowed time" (takes into account earlier portcalls) to calculate a "balance".

Events-Based - here only the additions and deductions from the laytime calculator appear. Each event will have a start and end time and a factor to calculate elapsed time. The sum of the additions will appear in the "time added" and the sum of the deductions will appear in the "time deducted" below the events. These are then subtracted to get "used laytime" which is compared the "remaining allowed time" (which accounts for earlier portcalls) to calculate the "balance".

Additional Options
"Display Claim Name" - Include the claim name in the details header of the statement.
"Include Clauses" - Include clause description from laytime calculation if automatic calculations are used. To change the wording of these descriptions, edit your Laytime Clauses or reach out to Voyager Support.
"Include event notes" - This will add notes included on an addition or deduction to the event statement or the starting event on the timeline statement.

"Include event tags" - all tags associated with port call events will be shown alongside the corresponding events in the generated PDF, providing richer context and traceability for each laytime calculation. Tags from events will only be added to the timeline statement.
